ntil early this year when she posed semi-unclad for a New York based
magazine, Adokiye Kyrian Yvonne a.k.a Adokiye is relatively unknown in
the nation’s music scene.
But immediately after that controversial posture, the sexy singer has
become one of the hottest rising female singers in the country. In this
recent interview, she speaks on the raunchy photo spread among other
issues.
Early this year, you posed semi-unclad in a New York based magazine. What was the attraction?
It actually got leaked. I did some modelling jobs while I was in New
York and at that point in time, some pictures leaked while the process
was still going on. Yes, I posed for some shots, but I never really
posed unclad. I didn’t expose my private part as a woman. That I exposed
my skin doesn’t mean I posed unclad. I am an architect by training and
creativity is part of my daily routine. So, I didn’t pose unclad because
I didn’t expose my private part.
We learnt, you were paid handsomely for the job?
Officially, I was paid the sum of $200,000 and a G Wagon Mercedes Benz car for the photo spread in the magazine.
Do you ever regret posing unclad?
I have never for once regretted anything I have done in the past. But
at the end of the day, I just want people to believe in me that I have
got a lot to offer to my fans.
Were your parents pleased when they saw your unclad pictures?
My parents are highly understanding people. They know the kind of
daughter they have and they also know that whatever I’m doing today
doesn’t affect me both psychologically and physically. So, they always
support me in anything I’m doing.
What were you doing in New York?
New York is like a second home to me. I travel to New York once in a while.
There was this rumour that you were dating W4. Is it true?
No, we were never in any relationship. But we were just friends and he was a colleague too.

Bad Girl Ri-Ri Goes Wacko and Gaga, Pose without Panties
We all know how Rihanna loves to get naked and expose her body as seen in her racy instagram snaps and photos.
So it came as no surprise when the 26 year old Bajan star was pictured exposing her derriere in all its glory during a steamy photo shoot on a balcony in West Hollywood yesterday.
Rihanna was posing for a French magazine wearing only a skimpy white, short-cropped top and no bikini bottoms.
The 26-year-old Barbadian beauty arrived on the set wearing a black robe but took it off once she arrived the balcony set.
Then, wearing just that top and no bottoms, Rihanna crouched down on hands and knees and raised her rump high in the air, her feet still clad in white trainers.
Through out the shoot, an assistant-a man-poured water down her back to give her skin a silky sheen as Rihanna waited, poised in her position.
In fact regardless of Riri’s exposed behind during the 2 hour or more shoot, it appeared all but one of the crew members tending to her were men.
Its amazing to see their level professionalism with a butt naked woman, posing the way Rihanna did during the shoot. But what will be going on in their minds I’m sure is a different ball game all together…lool.

Nude Titanic portrait still haunts me says Kate Winslet
Titanic turned Kate Winslet into one of Hollywood’s biggest stars but
there is one reminder of the blockbuster she hopes would sink without a
trace.
In the film she famously draped herself naked over a sofa while Leonardo DiCaprio sketched her portrait.
That was 17 years ago and yet fans are still asking her to sign copies of the picture, said to have been drawn by Titanic’s director James Cameron.
Kate, 38, says: “I don’t sign that one.
“It feels very uncomfortable. Why would you do that?
“People ask me to sign that one a lot, and actually there’s a photo of it as well that someone’s lifted from a still of the film.
“That photo gets passed around. It’s like, ‘No, I didn’t mean for it to be a photograph that I would end up seeing 17 years later.’
“It is still haunting me. It’s quite funny, really.”
Since Titanic broke box-office records, Kate has become the youngest person to land six Oscar nominations, winning Best Actress for The Reader in 2009 as well as two Baftas, a pair of Golden Globes and an Emmy.
But her private life seems to make headlines as often as her stellar career.
Four months ago the arrival of baby Bear Blaze made it three children by three husbands.
Bear’s dad is the oddly named Ned Rocknroll , nephew of Virgin boss Richard Branson, who works for his uncle’s space travel firm.
The pair met on holiday on Branson’s Necker island in 2011, when Kate helped rescue Sir Richard’s 90-year-old mum from a house fire, and wed in December 2012.
She also has a daughter Mia, 13, from her marriage to film director Jim Threapleton, 41, and a son Joe, 10, with second husband Sam Mendes, 48.
Kate is happy with her unusual family arrangement but her proud declaration that her kids live with her full time has sparked criticism from militant fathers’ rights campaigners.
She told Vogue in October: “People go, ‘Oh, my God! Those poor children! They must have gone through so much’.
“Says who? They’ve always been with me. They don’t go from pillar to post – they’re not flown here and there with nannies.
“That’s never happened.
“My kids don’t go back and forth – none of this 50/50 time with the mums and dads – my children live with me, that is it.”
But her comments enraged Fathers4Justice , which planned to run an advert carrying her quotes, a photo and the message: “Kate, every child deserves their father this Christmas.”
Kate threatened to sue the campaigners, who were backed in 2004 by Jim Threapleton.
He said Kate’s work in the States meant he had gone for months without seeing his daughter.
Ex-hubby Sam Mendes, who directed American Beauty and the latest Bond film Skyfall, leapt to her defence.

Bershan Shaw, ‘Love In The City’ Star And Breast Cancer Survivor, Shares What Helped Her Beat Remarkable Odds
In the mid-2000s, Bershan Shaw was a thriving young woman living in
New York City, pursuing her dream of being an actress. In between her
acting gigs and full-time job as a bartender, the ambitious 30-something
even found time to open her own restaurant and bar in midtown
Manhattan. Life was busy and full. Then, everything came to a halt.
At age 33, Bershan was diagnosed with breast cancer. Though devastated, she was determined to fight.
“I didn’t want to be ‘the sick girl’ at 33,” she says. “I didn’t want to be the girl who needed sympathy and empathy.”
Bershan opted for radiation and seemed to respond well to the treatment. But two years after that initial diagnosis — just weeks before her wedding — Bershan learned that her cancer had returned.
It was stage four, the doctors said. She was given three months to live.
“I was literally praying every day, ‘Please don’t take my life, God. Please. This is not my time,’” Bershan says.
That was five years ago. Today, Bershan is cancer-free with no evidence of the disease. Since her diagnosis, the “Love in the City” star has been on a mission to change lives, creating an online community of “warriors” who support each other through tough times. During an art event for this URAWarrior organization, Bershan opens up about her breast cancer battle and how art helped heal her.
“During that time, I was going to museums every day, looking at artists, looking at their struggle,” she says. “I connected with the artists.”
Eager to give back to the art community, Bershan announces that this URAWarrior project will happen every three months and invites the various artists to stand up and share their own remarkable stories of survival. In the video, the artists open up about what they have overcome. Like Bershan, they each found comfort and strength in art.
“Art really does heal us,” Bershan says. “I want this to be a movement. Don’t be afraid, stand up… You are a warrior.”

Club faithfuls have blamed Moyes’ for the fall of the Red Devils from grace and many believe that with him out of the way Man. U can soar back to its former glory.
Here is a timeline of Moyes’ rocky 10 month tenure as coach of Man. U:
September 1 – United suffer first defeat under Moyes as Daniel Sturridge gives Liverpool victory at Anfield. Wayne Rooney misses the game with a nasty head wound after being kicked in the head accidentally by Phil Jones in training.
September 22 – Hammered 4-1 at Manchester City. This time Robin van Persie is absent with a thigh injury.
September 28 – United lose 2-1 at home to West Brom, ending the Baggies’ 35-year wait for an Old Trafford triumph.
October 19 – Concede last-minute Adam Lallana equaliser against Southampton at Old Trafford.
December 4 – Bryan Oviedo scores four minutes from time as Moyes’ former club Everton end their 21-year wait for an away win over United.
December 6 – Rio Ferdinand criticises Moyes’ policy of leaving it late to pick his teams, claiming on BT Sport: “It turns you into a madman.”
December 7 – Yohan Cabaye gets the only goal as Newcastle win at Old Trafford for the first time since 1972.
December 10 – Van Persie suffers thigh injury taking a corner against Shakhtar Donetsk, and is ruled out for seven weeks.
January 1 – Rooney plays in the defeat by Tottenham but is then ruled out for four weeks with a groin injury.
January 5 – Swansea win at Old Trafford for the first time as Wilfried Bony’s late goal sends United out of the FA Cup at the third-round stage for only the second time in 30 years.
January 7 – Defeat in Capital One Cup semi-final first leg at Sunderland means a third straight loss for the first time since May 2001.
January 19 – Skipper Nemanja Vidic is sent off as United crash to defeat at Chelsea.
January 22 – United beat Sunderland 2-1 in the Capital One Cup semi-final return leg thanks to Javier Hernandez’s last-gasp effort in extra-time but come off worst in an awful penalty shoot-out, with only Darren Fletcher scoring from their five kicks.
February 1 – Stoke end their long wait for a win against United. Charlie Adam’s double gives them their first since 1984.
February 7 – Vidic confirms he will leave at the end of the season.
February 9 – United come from behind to lead bottom side Fulham at Old Trafford, but Darren Bent’s stoppage-time equaliser settles a 2-2 draw to deny the hosts all three points. Moyes describes the result as being “as bad as it gets”.
February 25 – It proves gruesome in Greece for United in the Champions League last 16 as a poor performance sees the Red Devils beaten 2-0 by Olympiacos in Piraeus.
March 16 – Another day United will want to forget in a hurry as two Steven Gerrard penalties and a Luis Suarez strike earns Liverpool a crushing 3-0 win at Old Trafford. It could have been even worse for Moyes’ men as Gerrard also hit the post with another penalty.
March 25 – United lose 3-0 to bitter rivals for the second consecutive home league game as a brace from Edin Dzeko and a late strike from Yaya Toure hands Manchester City a derby double over their city rivals. The result ensured United were guaranteed to end the season with their lowest points total in Premier League history.
April 9 – Despite an encouraging 1-1 draw in the first leg and taking the lead through Patrice Evra, the Red Devils go down 3-1 to defending champions Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final at the Allianz Arena.
April 20 – Moyes’ return to Goodison Park is turned into a nightmare as a Leighton Baines penalty and a goal from Kevin Mirallas hand Everton a 2-0 win, a result which means United cannot qualify for the Champions League.
April 22 – Moyes is sacked by United.
